It might sound worlds away but set in the heart of Brooklyn's Boerum Hill, at the convergence of Atlantic and Flatbush Avenues, the newly built Barclays Center sets a new standard for the world's most entertaining sports and events venue. As the home court for the NBA's Brooklyn Nets and the NHL's New York Islanders home rink, expect to hear the cheering fans from afar as they gather around this state-of-the-art modern multi-purpose arena.
Since its opening in 2012, Barclays Center continues to showcase the world's most renowned performers, including Jay Z, Paul McCartney, Barbra Streisand, Beyoncé, The Rolling Stones, and Bruce Springsteen. With 101 luxury suites and a broad range of restaurants, bars, and clubs, attending an event at Barclays Center makes for one memorable evening in New York City.


Hours vary per event. The Box Office is open Monday - Friday: 12 pm to 6 pm and Saturdays: 12 to 4 pm on non-event days. On event days, hours are 12 pm to 9 pm. Nets game day hours are 12 pm to the start of the 3rd Quarter.

  • How do you get to the Barclays Center from Manhattan?

    Getting to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn is easy peezy, as Barclays is located on top of one of the largest transit hubs in New York. It’s a 15-minute cab, Uber, Lyft, or car ride via I-478 or the Brooklyn Bridge, however public transportation is the fastest. Hop on the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, or R train to Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center Station. Take the C Lafayette Avenue or the G to Fulton Street and you’ve arrived.

    The creators of the Barclays Center knew that good eateries paired with killer performances make for a great time. That is why the center is jam-packed with restaurants, bars, and concession stands all around its perimeter. Head to the beach at Corona Beach House Bar outside of section 3 on the main concourse. Dine at Parm Italian Restaurant, or visit the 40/40 CLUB by Tanduay Rum, located on Suite Level A. Gourmet concession stands consist of Abigael’s Brooklyn, Buffalo Boss, Habana, Calexico, Kings County Dogs, and Nathan’s, just to name a few. If you’d like to venture outside of the arena, Barclays is situated in the hustle and bustle of Brooklyn with many restaurants and bars along Flatbush and Atlantic Avenues.
